The grounds of Kirkbride Airport house ex-wartime buildings now used for industrial purposes they are on the whole overgrown and rub cheek by jowl with the trees and plants which surround them. I find it comforting that if human activity ceased the plants would slowly but surely take over. I think the colours in the images below help interpret the magic I find there.
I have been working on a different kind of studio work - one which does not involve a camera. Normally I take photographs and then the only processing I do is cropping, most, and de-hazing the aerial shots. My main camera is pretty nifty and it is possible to take one image and it produces as many 'art' variations as you select. I use these frequently to help express what I am trying to 'say' with my photographs.
